Nuts n Bolts
This is the kind of spot that imo separates the marginal winners from the breakeven players from the big winners. Most posts are about huge pots with huge hands. Those situations have a way of taking care of themselves over time. This is the kind of hand that makes or breaks most sessions without you even noticing it.
I am playing slaggy as usual and have been tangling with villain. I have been mixing it up quite a lot (not always c betting top pair, not always raising monsters on flop etc…). Villain is as well. I just folded AQ after punishing from SB when villain limp-reraised from CO.
He seems reasonably aware (but def not "standard" anything...). Not sure if he’s capable of 3rd-levelling me or anything… Not sure what calling here will accomplish, besides the info. Of course my hand might be good...
