    Default c/c line

Villain is 40/23/4... he is firing these bets without much hesitation.

You like c/c line with TPTK on a dry board vs this player?

    Harry,

Against this kind of opponent and with one caller in the SB I reraise preflop (squeeze) every goddamn time.
As played: if you know CO is the type of aggro fish who bluffs too much when checked to on every street, this is perfect. An alternative line often used in this situation is c/c flop and lead turn.
