    Default Poorly played hand?

Last couple of weeks I have been able to earn about $100 every evening on average. Suddenly, yesterday, everything fucked up. As always, I try to see what I could have done differently and I think one of my hands was real bad, even though tough to fold. I played shorthanded (6 seated) .50/$1 NL. I am at the button and everyone has called the BB dollar. The SB folds. My hand is 44.

The flop comes Q64. 2 seats ahead of me, a guy raises $2. What am I supposed to do. We raise each other and I go all in later and lose.

I was abit tired when I played the hand and I had only played at the table for about 10 hands. However, I had a feeling that the player 2 seats ahead of me was pretty tough.

With abit more thinking here, I probably would have folded it. What could he possibly have had besides a set of 6. It smelled catch a cheap setfrom the hole table and especially from this guy. A pair of Q would be strong enough too push PF even for a passive call station or a nit.

What would you do in this situation? Raise and try a steal PF? Fold even though on the button? Fold when the 666 guy starts to raise.

Never worry about set over set. Had he been the person holding the underset he will probably also stack off.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
