KK wet board 25NL

    Default KK wet board 25NL

    stats

    MP2 59/18/2/22 hands
    CO 19/1.2/1.5/163 hands

    CO has pretty much done nothing at the table, ive been at it awhile
    MP2 just came in 2 orbits ago

    i didnt like the board at all since it could easily fit opp's hand. is this still a mandatory bet. MP2 took 20 sec's b4 he checked.

    Well it's not like you're crazy about your hand, and you'll probably have to fold to a lot of action. This basically amouts to a probe bet.

    Ok well, you bet to charge him for draws. You bet because you can't let him catch up to his set. And you have to make him pay if he wants to hang onto a lesser hand. If he somehow landed on the best hand that you predicted he will let you know.

    At 25NL with an unknown don't even begin to think you can put him on a range, they follow no logic. You're in position with a good hand that hasn't been totally defined as an overpair. Bet the flop, bet the turn. If you feel uneasy on the river check behind. If he's shows aggression at any point that's where you'll want to rethink things.

    standard bet here in position. as has been said he will let you know if he has a better hand.

    also, Wet board? i understand it but ive never seen anyone describe it this way.
