Tough spot with reraised JJ
Ive only recently started reraising JJ preflop and I didnt really know how to handle this spot.
The first raiser (UTG) is pretty TAG. I actually have him as 15/6 in my database but its a small sample size and I think he was closer to 19/9 at the time.
The other guy (BB) is 45/9/0.7 after another minute sample size although he did show down a hand where he called big bets (and a flop checkraise) with a K9 TP on all streets.

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with J J
UTG raises to $4, Hero raises to $12, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.
Flop: 9 4 5 ($36.5, 3 players)
BB bets $9, UTG folds, Hero thinks something along the lines of "bollocks!"
Questions:
1) Assuming UTG is 20/10 do you like the reraise from this early a position or is the call better here?
2) Wtf do I do postflop after Ive raised?
I cant really raise for information since Im committed if he comes over the top again given that either my J or my club might be good.
I dont want to call and see an overcard (and im not overly happy about a ten comming either).
I dont particularly want to fold an overpair + flushdraw for such a weak bet.
