Default JJ in SB vs Raise and Cold Call

    Full Tilt Poker
    No Limit Holdem Ring game
    Blinds: $1/$2
    6 players
    Converter

    Stack sizes:
    UTG: $475.60
    UTG+1: $209.15
    CO: $185
    Button: $200.40
    Hero: $197
    BB: $94.45

    Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with J J
UTG raises to $7, 2 folds, Button calls, Hero raises to $30, BB folds, UTG calls, Button calls.

    Flop: A 4 5 ($92, 3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $80, Button folds, Hero folds.

This flop is pretty standard but any tips on playing hands like this? If instead of the Ace there was a 9?

thats fine. if it was only against one opponent i might just bet half the pot and be done with it. if the stacks were deep and the pot didnt get so big i would check vs one player usually. just make sure you balance it by checking a big hand there against 1 player every now and then. also balance this by squeezing with trash here sometimes then betting the flop.

since the pot got so big relative so stack sizes theres not too much room to snap off a bluff by checking, so thats why i like betting vs one player.
