    raise preflop.

As played, I call all day against the shorty. If guf comes along for the ride, hit one of your thousand outs and stack him too. Shorty probably has TP/two pair and you have a lot of outs to outdraw him.

guf's call scares me a lot more than shorty's. He isn't going anywhere, so I certainly wouldn't push against him. He could have a set or higher FD, but I'm probably going broke if he does and it holds up.

I like the call pre-flop. Your hand plays decently well multi-way, especially since you have position. If you raise and shorty pushes it's an icky call.

If turn is a brink and guf pushes you'll have the pot odds to call. Since your hand isn't made I push to gain equity via FE. Absent reads there is no reason to think the flop cold-call means much.

How many outs do you think you have? I wouldn't count on any flushes as out because you don't have the Ace of spades. It is very possible that shortie who is pushing all-in has the Ace of spades. Therefore, if a spades shows your flush will be second best. With this knowledge, your straight draws are live. Therefore, Villain has 7 outs for the flush and can only win if hits the flush because the Ace will give you the nut straight. As played, I would re-raise and push the rest of my chips in.
