Raise that up preflop instead of just open limping the small blind.

I like how you played it on the flop though. You were definitely working to get the money in asap.

If I'm counting right, villain only has about a PSB left on the turn so go ahead and put him in. He closed the action last street with a call so he may be weak enough to fold. If he calls, you're not that bad off.

Alright, unless we are up against a set/2pr/Adxd we are a slight favorite. I would actually weigh his range towards a stronger holding as he did raise PF and raised the flop. If we push we are only called by hands that have a larger equity in the pot than we do.

Therefore, I propose we just call the flop raise and not 3bet it. The turn is standard as although he bets relatively small we are behind all possible holdings now and a turn c/bomb certainly only gets called by better hands and I don't see us folding out much hands that have us beat.

I think I like a check behind. The big river AI may look like more of a bluff in case he checks it to you. If he leads out small, you minraise, if he leads big, you move in.

I'm not worried about a set here because if you bet he'll probably call with a set. If you just check behind you lose about the same amount or less if the board pairs.

What in the world are you talking about? We are OOP the hand which makes 3betting the flop and checking the turn a weak play. If we aren't prepared to fire at a blank turn we shouldn't be 3betting the flop.

Youy definitely need to three bet the flop & hard, well played, you're obviously a big favourite here, turns is tricky, I also wimp out sometimes & take a fairly cheap rivercard but given his flat call on flop, I thinks it right to put him nearly all in on turn & hope to get a fold , & if he calls you should still be about 30% to win the hand anyway, I think.

You never a "big favorite" with a non pair hand against a raise in texas hold'em.

Seriously, can you really 3bet the flop OOP and then check the turn? I really don't think you can. I'll say it again, if you won't fire a blank turn like you would a gin turn then you shouldn't 3 bet the flop unless it's all-in.
