Default Preflop agression against a guy who just took a bad beat....

Sat down to watch the soon to be villian get a bad beat just two hands after I sat down. The next hand, I am sure he is steaming, this comes up. Now my question is two sided, first side, how are you playing this against someone who is most likely on tilt. Second, how are you playing this against an unknown?
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($58.55)
    SB ($26.90)
    BB ($44.10)
    UTG ($15.55)
    MP ($11.15)
    Hero ($25.60)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q, Q.
2 folds, Hero raises to $1.25,
    Button calls $1.25,
SB raises to $4, 1 fold,
    Hero ...,

I want to get some thoughts before I post what I did.

Am I assuming that SB is the villain here who took a bad beat in the previous hand? I would shove in.

Just call and see the flop. Procceed very careful on the flop if an Ace or King shows up.
