Default QQ Multiway huge pot - how is this line?

I actually have some reads this time, after sleeping off the liquor an:

    - Table is a bit loose, but I haven't seen any PF all ins yet. Lots of PP's have been shown down and set mining goin' down.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($57.35)
    SB ($39)
    BB ($20.70)
    Hero ($57)
    MP ($49.25)
    CO ($47)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, CO calls $2, 2 folds, BB raises to $20.7, Hero calls $18.70, CO calls $18.70.

    Flop: ($62.35) J, 5, 3 (3 players)
    Hero bets $36.3 (All-In), CO calls $26.30 (All-In).

    Turn: ($124.95) 4 (3 players, 2 all-in)

    River: ($124.95) 2 (3 players, 2 all-in)

    Final Pot: $124.95

The shorty to me is an instacall, just as often I see a shorty do this with AQ or a pair of 8s. Sure sometimes shorty has KK or AA, but not enough for me to consider a laydown.

The real Q is what to do about CO. Do we:
    - Call in hopes CO calls or pushes over us (if he does, are you worried about KK or AA? Do you ever fold? I can't see myself, considering I wasn't reraised the first round)

    - As played, do you push flop regardless of what hits (except a Q, maybe we slowplay that?)

    I play the same.

Either CO is a very bad player or he has AA/KK. Otherwise I play the same.

    I don't think cut-off has AA/KK with no rr pre-flop... AK or PP<QQ.
I wonder if you should try to isolate PF with QQ... I am on the fence, because he might only call your raise with the AA/KK he traps with.

I definitely thought I was beat by a wheel straight here on river, but shorty mucks a Q 3 offsuit (fancy play shorty syndrome) and CO mucks 1010.

I guess I was just up against bad players. I'd never do this against regs I recognized if they both had full stacks.

You should have shoved pre over the all-in

Reasons bob? Don't we potentially lose money here if CO decides to fold?
