As some of you know, FTR underwent a major face-lift a couple of years ago. The look of FTR was much different back then. When I started designing FTR as you see it now, I was fortunate to have a friend whose wife is a very talented photo artist. She kindly allowed me to use portions of some of her artwork in the graphics of our site design (the AK and AA you see at the top of every page).

Since then, the husband-and-wife team have been busy creating a series of premium-quality artwork -- all related to poker! These are not your run-of-the-mill framed photos. These are truly wonderful pieces of art!

    Check them out at luckydogpokerart.com.

Those of you who played the FTR Gauntlet this past season know this friend of mine as CRUSHER. Well, he is graciously offering a limited-time promotion exclusively for you -- our FTR members!

Thank you for the kind words, X.

For those who don't know, Xianti helped inspire our decision to create poker art. He was one of the first people to notice the artwork and seem to really appreciate it. He asked if he could get a couple of prints and we created some specifically for him and Tyson (some of you may have seen the art displayed in their poker rooms.) Now we're branching out and making the artwork available to all.

Anyway, with FTR's permission, I thought I would offer a discount, only available to FTR members, since the people here have made my visits to FTR enjoyable and the Guantlet tourney a fun one.

You can also click the FTR Special link for a little more information.

    himself fucker.
Its a cool premise. I don't know how to word it.

The idea is cool, the pictures look cool, but the content of the pictures doesn't seem all that great.

Like, each picture is cool and I'd like to own a picture like what was on the site, but none of them are anything Id like to hang on my wall.

hahahaa. Nope, the images are more in line with Fine Art rather than greeting cards. Perhaps you'd have to see the art in person to appreciate it. The quality is incomparable. Or, ask someone who has the artwork and get their feedback. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and it's all subjective.

Little photos on the Intrawebs don't do these justice. I've got 4 in my house and people love them!

My gf would have a fit if I decorated the house with poker-related images.

Lucky Dog is a great site and has class product! I will become a future customer pending my move to sunny skies and neon lights! I've mentioned before that I would do a whole poker room in the Dog's art. Great stuff! Support FTR family. Crusher is a great guy.

I like this art, it is shot really well; great lighting & sepia effect make it really work. However, I would like to see some more inspired work; this i would buy. Shots of casinos, the vegas strip, people, etc. Something that has a bit more character.

Ill say it again -- i love the photos you have. Some constructive criticism.

A line of poker greeting cards would make a ton of dough.

You really want him to send you that 27 offsuit photo eh?

i agree. most poker cards are silly-cartoonish ones. Im sure if you opened a thread, post up the pictures, and offer $20 for the best quote for every picture, you would get a ton of feedback from poker players.
