im going to start running in the mornings. thats the bambi reference. I feel that my heart is getting fat. My body is still good. Just a fat heart. I need compact my poker database. And its a good routine to get into.

Anyone got any tips on training? I feel that I'm going to burn myself out quickly. Im not out of shape by any means, I just want to get into this. My diet is fairly good right now, better than the average person thats for sure. Im conscieous about what I put into my body.
