Default Mid-Pair + FD (unraised pot)

BB is a nit, UTG is an uber donkey.

Is calling the check raise okay here, or is 3betting better?

I'm lost as to what to do on turn now...

(normally I raise this pre-flop, but this table is playing super loose, so I dont want to see a flop 3-way in a bloated pot)

    Stack sizes:
    UTG: $445.00
    Hero: $403.30
    Button: $226.00
    SB: $446.85
    BB: $212.90

    Dealt to Hero: A,6

    Pre-flop: (5 players)
UTG calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, BB checks.

    Flop: 3 T 6 ($7, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, hero bets $7, BB raises to $23, UTG calls, Herocalls.

    Turn: 3 ($76, 3 players)
BB bets $44, UTG Folds, Hero???

i'm not sure either...what sort of hands would bb c/r with on the flop?
like do you think strictly 2pr+? i mean is he an aggro nit or passive, or maybe he thinks you bet at too many flops?

GAbe- BB is nit and board paired and he makes his bet size deliberately smaller- there is no way this is a call.

alot of cards are blockers for his range so he doesnt have a boat as much, i never fold here

Gabe how does he not have a set or two pair on the flop? TP probably just leads out. The only thing that isn't a boat now is a T6.

He could have draws but i think our reverse implied odds are really high.

sets are discounted because of the cards we see out there. people that c/r in limped pots are stupid so he can have a flush draw often enough.

he probably does have 63 or T3 or it wouldnt be posted i guess

i mean i realize the blockers thing, but more what im worried about is that our implied odds are basicalyl non existant as nits arent c/r weaker draws and dont pay off flushes that often and our flush isnt good occasionally

our equity is awesome against their range and price is even awesomer.

also when people just say 'x is a nit' i usually dont believe it without more info than that

yea i mean a case can be made both ways, just for some reason that bet of 44 intuitivly seems terrible for us to me. As in I think he is on the level where hes thinking "opp is drawing dead, how much can I bet and get him to call close ot 100% of the time?"

So I would fold which I would justify with "our reverse implied odds are terrible" if posting on a forum, but I could just as easily say call and use your reasoning Gabe. So it comes down to me thinking that bet looks scary as hell and we r smoked. Ya know, the gut...

the revers implied odds problem isnt as bad as you think, its not like we always go broke on river whenever we hit

that was such a fast response, clearly your body will be useless and atrophied from browsing FTR and beating mono and I will snap you like a twig. end thread

I wouldn't mind getting the monies in on the flop since you're leading 10x and all other flushdraws. Tough for BB to show up with TTT here so he can only really have 333.

We're not worried about the donk since he prob just has 10x or his own worse flushdraw... or some ridiculous hand.

If you think the nit has TTT here a lot then I don't mind calling the flop and stacking him when you hit (unless he's such a big nit that he'll fold...).

edit : had I realized I was posting after quality e-bitching I'd have just "found a better spot". How can strategy advice compare with ppl getting poached?
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I like suited aces in big bloated pots. Is this a bad thing for me?
