Doesnt seem like theres much to discuss. If they offer a 30 day money back guarantee and then dont give any money back then it seems like a pretty straightforward case.
It says they are "no more effective than a placebo". How effective is a placebo? If they were selling placebo bracelets which were effective in a large proportion of cases, but were giving them a made up description then I dont really see the problem since calling it a "placebo bracelet" would probably render it totally ineffective. If they just didnt work then thats a pretty straight forward part of the case too.
