Laying down OverPair! Heelp

Found out these overpairs are quite costly, so wonder if u can give some of ur experience how to handle playing overpairs...any bit of experience would be appreciated really cos this is really costing me profit.

Everytime i play a raised pot (JJ+,AK..) with someone quite tight, i lead out on flop, then its funny they wait a bit and call on Kxx board, then i lead again on turn,then that funny wait again and i get min raised or all in on ragged board so its obv set, i just know 100% my aK or overpair is beat but cant lay it down... its just not easy to lay it down for another say 30% of pot. Seem to happen against these tight set miners /regs..dont recall a weeak player turn a set like ever (2pair but they raise on flop)...

well hopefuly u can learn from the above my experience and add little something what u know. its NL25 but i wonder about NL200 too, probably not done so stupid like in low lmits or ?

so how and do u lay this down ?

If you have an overpair and you get raised on the turn (especially at your stakes)/flop there's a good chance your not ahead. Since you don't understand quite yet when your good and when your overpair is not I recommend you lean on the lay it down side. It's all about your opponent.
