NLHE : AI w/ 2pr + flush draw

I justified the AI here because I had two pair plus a nut-flush draw. Based on the PF check, I but BB on A- or K-something after the flop. With the flush draw + middle pair, I felt okay calling the flop bet. Once I'd picked up two pair and the flush draw (and nothing especially interesting on the board) I took the line I did. Was this correct and any other comments on how I could have read this better? Thanks!

Alot of 2NL players are loose passive. They have 2pair+ when they overbet into you and they'll pay off after you hit. Most of their 2 pairs are the Ax ones so just call the flop and push when you hit.

Some are overaggro. Against those guys its actually not a bad line. Minraising is often bad since you dont get much fold equity with weak hands, and you dont build a pot or protect with strong hands. Here his bet is an overbet so a minraise certainly builds a pot, and you have the draws pretty much covered. Against an overaggro opponent I dont mind the first minraise but id push over the second one.

You can't justify the AI call by saying you have a flush draw. You called AI on fifth street. There are no more cards to come. A8, A7,A3, or 33 here is quite possible. You have to be able to let that two pair go. Unless you read him as someone who will stack off with TP. I am a big proponent of going with your reads. You will learn better poker in the long run.
