I think the river is the place to make a move here.

meh yeah i don't know about this one. I guess everything here isn't too bad except for the turn call. I think little warning bells should be ringing at that point.

In my experience most people are terrified of 3 flush flops and usually don't bluff at them. I wouldn't try and semi bluff someone who u describe as pretty loose on that flop anyway.

The turn pairing the board doesn't help anything here and if you still want to try and steal the pot i would probably give up once i get reraised on the turn even though almost half my stack is in. When you call, you have what $70/out of your $100 in the pot, if your going to do that, why not just shove all in? It seems like you pot committed yourself here on about 9 outs and are praying for a spade with 1 card to come, and if the spade comes, your still not sure if your hand will be good. meh

Did you go out of your way to find the worst possible spot for semi-bluffing?
The initial c-bet is fine, but at what point did you decide
    a) you were ahead
    or
    b) he was going to fold

    a) never thought this
    b) the uber weak turn lead.

normally i'd fold to a push here, but damn it i was getting such good odds.

I guess I don't think 1/2 pot on the turn leaving PSB behind as "uber weak".

well, 1/2 usually means i have a decent hand, please don't raise me. i guess the actual uber weak bet of 1/4 would be something like i'm totally bluffing but i'm guessing you're too chicken to raise me anyway.

After you call here what do you think you rep? To me its easily a spade draw, almost NO other hand plays out that way.

    Turn: 7 ($29.5, 2 players)
BB bets $14.75, Hero raises to $35, BB raises to $55.25, Hero calls.

Now you raise a paired board, how does this fit with flop action? not alot at all, it smells to me. You repped a flush then are obv semi-bluffing turn since its unlikly you have a 7 given PF and flop action. if im opp im shoving turn too.

I think the hand was played poorly, did you really think of semi-bluffing him when you were on the flop or did the 7 turn card make you think ''hey i could rep trips if i raise''?

fold once he shoves turn BTW
Jman: every time the action is to you, it's an opportunity for you to make the perfect play.
