Default re-raised pot, top two, facing flop bet and c/r deep

-CO has been running 51/34 over only 30 hands, so no real reads
-BB has been running pretty nitty today 12/6.. saw him flat call AK once in the blinds to a raise. Overall he's usually pretty solid
-his c/r on flop means he definitely has something, but is probably trying to isolate shorty, and can definitely have AK/AQ here
-I wasn't sure what to do in a few spots, my first question is what to do on the flop?

Option 1: Call, get all the money in on a good turn card.
Option 2: Shove. CO will probably call it all off with just about any draw or Ax anyway. AK might make a heroic call for 200bb. It's already a pretty big pot and we should get our money in good.

i'll go with option 2 here proposed by fnord, since i dont know if i could lay down a diamond/KQJ turn. prey there are still two eights in the deck and double up.
