I think why your turn decision is tough, your mistakes on other streets really set you up for this. Do you have any reads/hud? If so please post them.
Preflop: Don't limp with j10 off preflop utg, thats just bad
Flop: Theres at least $4 in the pot i think, so i probably raise to 2.50 or so at the least, probably more. (There is a flush draw out and a str8 draw and 4 people saw this flop.) While this dudes 25c bet into a 4 dollar pot is annoying, your raising him a dollar into a 4.25 pot isn't that much better.
Turn: I bet like $5 on the turn, once he raises you it seems like he has at least a Jack here, problem is you really don't know how strong. I call especially since its like a min raise and reevaluate on the river.
River: Call his small/decent sized bet, Bet if he checks and a non diamond comes. Probably fold if he does something strange like open shoves.
My guess is he shows a boat like 88 or j8 :P
