Default AA 50NL, pot the turn

Charlyrocks is 10/5 over 350 hands and is pretty steady. He'll draw but seems to know when to fold.
tibi1062 is a total douche at 58/6 long term and just acheing to be busted. If only he were on my right......

Texas Hold'em $0,000.50-$0,001 NL (real money), hand #631,055,009
Table Goeteborg, 1 Jan 1900 10:49 PM ET

Seat 1: puzquitter ($0,045.65 in chips)
    Seat 2: -2tone- ($0,053.05 in chips)
    Seat 3: emetso22 ($0,046.95 in chips)
Seat 4: charlyrocks ($0,081.10 in chips)
Seat 5: XYwowYX ($0,024.50 in chips)
Seat 6: FinGrin ($0,049.75 in chips)
    Seat 7: HoneyMon5ter [ AC,AD ] ($0,054.60 in chips)
    Seat 8: tibi1062 ($0,021.75 in chips)
    Seat 9: kingpin68 ($0,034.45 in chips)
    ANTES/BLINDS
charlyrocks posts blind ($0,000.25), XYwowYX posts blind ($0,000.50).

    PRE-FLOP
    FinGrin folds, HoneyMon5ter bets $0,002, tibi1062 calls $0,002, kingpin68 calls $0,002, puzquitter folds, -2tone- folds, emetso22 folds, charlyrocks calls $0,001.75, XYwowYX folds.

    FLOP [board cards 5D,9D,QC ]
    charlyrocks checks, HoneyMon5ter bets $0,008, tibi1062 calls $0,008, kingpin68 folds, charlyrocks calls $0,008.

    TURN [board cards 5D,9D,QC,6C ]
    charlyrocks checks, HoneyMon5ter?

Plan for the hand was for tibi to call and for me to bet all streets till his money was in. Charlyrocks' presence concerns me and changes it, but his insanely tight 3bet range could well leave him with a good queen or a big diamond draw.

So it's either deny the pot odds, (PSB?) or check behind and let tibi see his free card.

    Any preferences?

If tibi1062 aggression factor is low then I'll check hoping that tibi1062 checks behind. If his aggression factor is high I have to bet this flop (around $17).
The problem with betting is that charlyrocks is very nitty, so his presence here could be a set/Q9, a FD or even JT. As per your reads I'll give more probability to a set/Q9, therefore, I would be inclined to check a turn like this against him (unless you have seen him play sets fast on FD flops).

No way he has Q9 here. He only plays 10%!

I already seen players that tight playing Q9s/QTs from BB with 1 raiser and 2-3 callers ...
    However, I agree that's a remote possibility ... so that's a set option only
