Default QQ 4-bet Preflop Good/Bad? Whats my flop/turn play?

jdell408 runs 14/11/0 over a small sample of 70 hands and seems fairly tight and solid so far. bmfdelt runs 33/11/3.5 over the same small sample. Don't have much of an idea how much they have been 3betting if it at all... i don't think either has gotten out of line though. Table was largely passive in general and i probably have a tag image, something like 18/14/4 over the small sample at this table.

Any and all comments on all streets appreciated. Some Questions i have:

    1) Should i have 4 bet this preflop? I am on the button... so is there a need? jdell408 raised from utg and he is fairly tight plus someone just 3bet it. What would you have done here? My thinking was that obv i have qq, if i just smooth call, im probably inviting a call from jdell as well and the flop will probably be tough and i think mbf's 3bet range is probably wider than just aa/kk.

2)What do you do when he just calls my 4 bet preflop? Assume AA or AK? What could he be calling with?

    3) Whats your flop play when he checks? Shove/bet/check? Is it weak to check behind here or is it fine.. (i am on the button). I don't want to be betting into AA/AK but i don't want to just give up once i 4bet this preflop...

    4) Whats your play on the turn if you checked behind on the flop? Shove/valuebet/check behind again? Is checking this through too weak? If you check behind, whats your play on the river? Whats your play if he bets the river/shoves the river?

    5) What kinds of hands do you put him on here? AA/KK/AK? or is it something weaker like jj/1010? maybe AQ and smaller PP? and thats why he check checks?

Assuming 100BB stacks, Q-Q has much better equity against a reasonable 3bet range than a 4bet calling range (K-K+). Also, by coldcalling with Q-Q preflop, you have a lot of very good postflop options against villain:

My plan postflop would be to raise any non Ace/King high flop. If the flop did come Ace/King high, you should float - especially if villain has been 3betting light. This is because if you call the flop in villain's eyes you most likely have at least TPTK (A-K, K-K+) after your coldcall PF and your flop call. I would guess 95% of the time villain will c/f the turn.

I think with the preflop action, if villain is a thinking player, but not very tricky, this line looks like TT,JJ or KK. He checked two streets with a K high board and a flush draw. Sometimes this is Aces, usually not. AK and AA have to bet the flop to see where they're at. JJ,TT would definitely check the flop, and the turn trying to get to showdown cheaply.

If I were Hero, 1/2-2/3 pot the turn and fold to a raise. If he flat calls, check behind on any non-Q river, call anything smaller than 1/2 pot lead on the river.
