Default Was i right in staying with this hand?

Since my steal attempt failed I pretty much gotta go this way with this hand right? This dude had been pissing me off all night, always coming over the top of me almost every hand post flop it seemed. I decided it was time to loosen it up and see what happened. Noticed the limp raise so I pretty much knew what I was up against before I saw the flop.

no. why make a play like that from the bb? at least have position when you do this. why call the 3bet? do you know how rarely you will actually stack villain with your hand? why minraise the flop? you managed to get all in for 100bb's on the flop with 8 outs. stop doing that.

I got stacked by the same player last night when he limped reraised AA from UTG. Pick better spots, this hand is awful.

    if he's pushing you around...

TIGHTEN UP, not loosen up. and GET MORE AGGRESSIVE. start 3betting him in position. push TPTK on the flop with him. c/r him. MAKE SETS!!

those kinds of things will take care of him. not playing 36 from the BB.

no offense, but you got lucky. but, now he will/should pick on you even more...now that he saw that pre-flop raise.

If I could do this to every person I sit with, I would be rich. You broke the golden rule of winning poker. You allowed emotion to play a role in your decision. Congratulations on the suckout.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?

So why inflate the pot and push it all-in when you're behind with no fold equity and only drawing to 8 outs? Why call the PF raise with trash?

I admit this was poorly played but I was just looking to take down the blinds. I rarely try to steal with crap cards like this especially when out of position. At least the limp reraiser got what he deserved.

Well of course I got lucky but figured I had two live cards so wtf. I sure hope he noted me as a donk because I am the exact opposite. I am probably one of the tightest players on here. He was just bullying me around postflop which is the weakest part of my game and I probably folded 3 out of 4 hands in which i was ahead.

well there's probably better speculative hand to raise again someone pushing u around.... like good connector 89s,78s....
also if ur making a stand dont minraise if he raise u on flop push or fold... actually i think suckout like this will give some of that kind a pause or set on tilt 63o = +EV

so rather take a stand when u have something maybe he dont care about winning and its just having fun...playing his ego....

very poorly played hand... how can u call the 3-bet with such a crap hand and then push the flop on a straight draw... very lucky suckout for you!

If you want to steal the blinds I think you need to raise a bit more.
