Flop is JT8 rainbow. I bet 2.30 into 3.30 and he calls.

Turn is another J, board is still rainbow. What should my line be from here on out.

Bet the turn 2/3 pot. That J is more likely to not have helped him. Easily he's on a draw with a pair or has middle pair. Now if you get raised, watch out...I would call the raise on turn and maybe check/call river. Often someone holding like K10 here might think their hand is good after that 2nd jack peels off.
