Default QQ facing two callers then a 3-bet

BTN is a very loose fish, just terrible, if I call he's coming along, if I push he'll probably fold
Villain is an unknown, only 26 hands so far, he's 15/15

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($155.32)
    SB ($199)
    BB ($241.52)
    Hero ($280.50)
    MP ($209.15)
    CO ($81.21)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $8, 2 folds, Button calls $8, SB calls $7, BB raises to $39, Hero...

I think i 4bet here pretty much always. The only one your really worried about is bb and a 15/15 (i know its a small sample but its something to go on) surely 3bets wider than AA/KK. I think a call is terrible because the pot will be at least 3 people, probably 4 at that point with lots of money in the pot.
