Can you sort the hh out pls? That's unreadable.

Can't read the HH either. For the most part, you should not slow play a flopped str8. You will get burned a lot with sets boating up and you will also likely lose action on later streets because there are too many scare cards which can hit. Jam it hard and try to get the $ allin as early as possible.

Yes that HH is odd, it was ok last night when I posted it.

EDIT: In the preview it is displaying fine, so I'm confused. When I go to edit it, it doesn't have the extra stuff in the img tag so I dont know how to fix it

3-bet to $3 atleast on the flop. Raising to $2 doesnt accomplish anything here, and the 2 villains already in for 0.80 aretn folding for $1.20 more. As played just push the river. If im reading that jumbled mess right, you still have the nuts so get your money in there.

    No hindsight for the blind.
Dunno what was happening with the image tags, but I just replaced the links with the forum icons. If this happens again later, just replace the whole [img] with :h: etc.

As for the hand, I think Bode-ist nailed it. 3-bet flop a bit harder, bet turn harder, by then there's no tough decision on the river.

    n1 Halvsame.

I like a raise to the $2.80-3.20 area on the flop and a bet of about 80-90% pot on the turn..

Whilst we have the nuts, any diamond and any board pair can really fuck up the hand for us (as in not only does more of our opponent's range beat us, but scarecards also freeze our opponent up), so we need to get some money in pretty fast.

    I'm guessing BB had diamonds?

yea your not getting enough money in on the flop and your just asking for someone with diamonds to call you there. also bet larger on the turn. make it like 5.50-6....
I gotta get back to the money....

at this level, villain probably isnt folding a straight/flush draw to any turn bet, but it shows the importance of betting closer to a PSB to charge him the max for chasing.

Yeah I gave that some thought before I played tonight and thought more about my bets sizes tonight. That combined with some better laydowns led to a much better session tonight.
