connecting with poker stars

For some unknown reason i cant play for more than 5 minutes without stars disconnecting me. I dont know if its the internet connection or what. Also, for some reason myspace won't work either, but it works on my dad's computer. I know my cpu isn't the problem because it works on every other fucking connection on the face of the planet!

Is there anything I can do to fix the connection, or do something to my computer to make it work, or am I just going to have to sit at some damn coffee house every time I want to play?

This isn't the right forum, i'd either try tools of poker here or go to 2p2 and ask the question in their software forum.
