Default Q6 in big blind, what to do with trips?

Ok, I flopped trips and thought it looked good. Turn didn't change anything until villain flatcalled again - I'm not scared of TT cos of pre-flop, 66 is unlikely. My kicker is horrible, should I be scared of the last queen?

    Prima Network No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed)
    Hero ($9.90)
    Button ($9.80)
    SB ($7.46)
    BB ($1.38)
    UTG ($3.02)
    MP ($11.94)

Preflop: Hero is CO with [6c], [Qc]. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
2 folds, Hero (poster) checks, Button calls $0.10, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($0.40) [Qh], [Qs], [Th] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.4, Button calls $0.40, SB folds, BB folds.

    Turn: ($1.20) [5s] (2 players)
Hero bets $1.2, Button calls $1.20.

    River: ($3.60) [Jd] (2 players)
    Hero ??

I'd value bet half pot. I don' t think he has a Q, I know sometimes people don' t play optimally at this level. You want value from a 10 or sometimes a bare A. Mind you my value betting on the river is something I need to work on.

    at these stakes
    if he is passive:
u have to value bet-- if he was on draw he is check/folding
if he madea mistake with ten he is calling even pot.

    if he is agressive-or-bad:
u stilllead out and even call a push.. here ppl will push even ten or air. i dont know why but they do it. so u dont give auto cedit for QT+

if he is overagressive: u can let him bluff out.. sometimes they just give u their stack if u check, but u must be observing to see against whom to do this

    if he is solid:
well he is not at these stakes, but if he is still thinking player u may sometimes fold to a push but this is quite rare here...but thats how they play it..passively with AI at end.

so, i think betting like 3/4 pot gets u most money. thats like 2.5
