FTR's very own |~|ypermegachi has written a beginner's guide on how to play Omaha Hi/Lo. Although it is focused on Limit rather than Pot-Limit, the strategy is great for anyone trying to learn this game. I highly recommend checking this out if you are interested in transitioning from Hold'em to Omaha.
