Default $100nl AQ on dangerous board

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) toolsHand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP1 ($49.50)
    MP2 ($187.35)
    CO ($63.65)
    Button ($94.55)
    SB ($98.60)
    Hero ($101.25)
    UTG ($126.10)
    UTG+1 ($188.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, Q.
UTG calls $1, 6 folds, Hero raises to $6, UTG calls $5.

    Flop: ($12.50) Q, J, 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $10, UTG calls $10.

    Turn: ($32.50) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $23, UTG calls $23.

    River: ($78.50) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $73, Hero calls $62.25 (All-In).

Do I have any reason to think I shouldn't call the river?

    I would check/shove this turn.

Hard to tell with out any HUD stats, but I think KQ is the only hand someone might limp call with that we beat here.

Any reads at all? Is he a decent player?

Just putting this out there but I don't think I've ever seen someone limp-call KQ that I remember.

I like how you played it a lot. Definitely call this river; this is a missed draw most of the time. I don't like checking the turn on this drawy board at all.

So what hand do we beat that gets to the river then? I got my aces cracked by a genius that limp called KQ the other day from UTG so it definitely happens.

    Explain please.

Seriously. I'll even pay for a really nice and thorough explanation if you want.

Meh, maybe it's the 6 max player in me. Draws don't take the free card often enough and our flop bet really doesn't define our hand. If it's checked through, I don't mind playing a small pot here.

When he called my turn bet I thought villain's range was mostly draws, with some Qx and the occasional 88 who is a dumbass for not raising at some point in the hand. The vast majority of this range that I beat on the river isn't calling anything (KQ or QT are all I beat that might call) and I'm getting it in if I'm beat either way. So a river check/call seemed obvious.

As for the turn check/raise all-in, I don't like it in this particular spot. Part of the reason is that I don't want to give any draw a free card here because of the massively draw-heavy board, but moreover draws are the overwhelming majority of hands I'm ahead of on the turn (along with KQ and other Qx if this guy's an idiot), and it seems [at least to me] that a bet extracts the most value from this range.
