First hand villain is pretty bad; loose preflop. I've been raising him a lot preflop and feel that I could induce a bluff with a flop check. Do you always bet the flop here?

#1. You've definitely underrepped your hand by not betting the flop, but you had reasoning behind it. Plans are great to have with history and make for confusing your opponents. He's pretty loose/bad as you say, and more often than not to me that small bet on the turn is like an AQc or maybe even ATc nut flush draw, which he's chasing. I'd go with 45-50 on the river here.

#2. This is a matter of personal preference as much as anything, but I like to raise closer to 4x+1 out of position when 3-betting preflop. I save the smaller raises for position, because as we all know, being out of position sucks. In the instance of this hand I'm making it like $15 to go with 1 person in the pot, but since there's 2 $19 or $20.

The big problem is you don't know what these people are doing since it's your first hand, and that SB check-raises AI for over 100BB effective (MP2 has $148)....that looks sooooo sooooo strong. If you knew anything at all about him you could be able to count out hands like A9 or whatever, but these guy could be a very loose player looking for some very implied odds once MP2 comes along for the ride. If you call here you're essentially hoping that SB is going nuts with AQ or TJh or something to that effect, because that's really all you are beating.

#3. This is a pretty easy hand and one you're usually winning. CO is folding with the bricked high cards (unless he's nuts), calling with AA and QQ and probably JJ a high % of the time. You could elect to 4-bet preflop and probably should sometimes, but this is an OK line.

#4. With only 70BB effective I'm getting it all in here, however you want. Reraise or push, or call and push turn.

1). I would almost always bet the flop, and i would 100% bet the flop if i have making a lot of raises against this particular player recently.

2). bet/call the flop

3). my default play would be to 4bet preflop. He 3bet your UTG open, and probably has a hand he would want to get all in with.

4). 3bet AI on the flop. Versus a 100BB stack i'd probably call the flop c/f the turn versus someone who i don't know much about.

1. I bet $40. If he's as bad as you say he is, a seven is in hs range. Couple that with some worse overpairs and a club draw, and we want to bet the river for value. $40 is small enough for a smaller pair to cry-call. It's also large enough that we can fold if he raises with a terribly/ brilliantly played Jack.

3. Tommy Likey. Tommy want Wingy. Ship it. Aces are in his range, but so are a million hands-all of them a lot shittier.

4. I don't call here. Only thing that beats us at this point (given the action) is a set. If so, we bust. Allin.

Hand 1: I probably make a value bet of about $38-44 here.

Hand 2: I likely call but I continually make mistakes in spots like this so take it with a grain of salt.

Hand 3: I might flat call the flop and get it in on the turn to try to suck value from an AK/AQ type hand when he double-barrels.

Hand 4: Given the stacks I'm more apt to stack off here but spots like these are pretty situation-dependent for me, though I probably push here.

cold call from the SB with QQ would be so bad, hence why we reject. Opp having a 9 is conceivable as i think id come along here preflop with 98 etc.
