Default QQ reraised on paired board

Wasn't sure the best way to proceed. I used my time bank and thought it out. I mostly discounted KK/AA with no reraise preflop and paired board is good for me. I put opponent on a lower pocket pair, outside chance of 56s.

Was this standard? I could be folding the lower pairs, and getting creamed by AA/KK and boat, but I didn't like calling either. If I think I'm ahead, calling would put nearly half my stack in there and if I wanted to get it allin why give him another card before pushing. If I check turn he could end up checking behind with two free cards to catch up or bring action killin cards. A turn lead might scare him off whereas he might call flop push.

I also decided that since it took me so long to think about it, he might call with those pocket pairs thinking I was FOS with AK or something.

Sorry for my noobiness if this is no brainer. Just trying to reduce my tables and analyze more where I didn't before.
