    Default Playing QQ, AK profitably

So I'm always squirming in my seat when I play these hands and face aggression. I never seem to know what to do. I was wondering if someone could put down some notes on how they approach a few different situations with these hands.
My problem is when you get 3bet, or 4bet PF, when is it good to just call? when is it good to just shove?

Whenever I get 3bet or 4bet, and I call, if my AK misses I feel like i can't cbet, so i end up giving up the hand and losing all that money i put in PF. Seems like a waste.

or with QQ, even if flop has no overs and villain is aggressive, rarely it seems they have worse than QQ. And of course Axx or Kxx flops are kinda had to continue with.

anyways, here's some stats to show I'm shipping chips when I get 3bet.
First set is AKs, AKo, and QQ
Second set is when facing a 3bet

this is from 56k hands at 5NL

    when 3bet....

hi i normally play sit n goes so fwiw i wouldnt be calling the 3 bet unless i was in position and maybe had a read on the opp, in general i would 4 bet or 4 bet shove depending on stack sizes. Ppl will 3 bet light these days with all sorts of hands so dont be afraid to get it all in pre with a hand like this, u could maybe fold ak qq to a 4 bet but i would raise a 3 bet. I also think that if u always fear the worst that ur beat then u will find games very hard, fight aggression with aggression and make more cbets on dry boards
