I'm guessing it is, villain has been pretty manic, pot happy but he's not calling with much of a weaker hand right? The better play would have been to call behind and then let him hang himself on river?

People will hate this, but here is a situation that i would min-raise and hope for a five-bet from the villain. Based on your read, you gotta get all-in here if you get a chance

I call turn and call river or if he checks bet about 2/3rds of the pot and call a push with the read.
