Default Refund Offer from Yukon Gold - NO RISK

I turned £50 into £150 using this offer.

Yukon Gold offers a so called "100% Money Back Guarantee." Deposit $50 and make at least 10 bets. If you lose your full deposit, Yukon Gold will refund your $/€/£ 50.

So make 10 small bet of 1 unit to start then set a target, mine was £150, then play your favourate game until you hit this target or go busto.
I hit my target of £150 playing roulette then withdrew.

Check the website T&C to start with, I think they accept US players.

Oh great.... looks like I have been conned. As soon as I lost my deposit due to some mad variance at the roulette wheel (landed outside the 2nd dozen over 30 times in a row) I received an email informing me that I am not allowed to claim the refund because I (unknowingly) signed up for a GBP account and they dont believe that I live in Great Britain (which infact I do). It would have been nice of them to email me before I went busto!!

I've emailed them about it but I'm not expecting to see my money again.

On another point, ignore my previous post because it turns out you CAN deposit £50 GBP and get the refund (assuming they believe you when you tell them where you live and provide a passport number)

I'll keep you posted on how this turns out

Man that sucks, they should pay up if you can send ID but because it's their offer that they are refusing there isn't much you can do.

Personally I had no problems just cashed out my £150 into Neteller.

I've never liked these small time, non UK, non bookie casinos but never had any trouble first hand either.

Hope you can get this sorted.

It was unclear from the website that there were different sets of T&Cs for different countries - unfortunately I read the U.S ones

I just got an e-mail back from the site's risk management team who have credited my account manually. It only took 7 hours which really isnt bad at all.

It turns out there was some confusion between the "UK" and "Great Britain" on their part, the T&Cs refer to Great Britain in practice, they regulate the bonus elegibility based on whether or not you live in the UK.

I live in GB but not the UK so its easy to see why they got confused

I've changed my posts above now but just want to point out something to anyone considering signing up here.

When you go to the website, make sure you click on the currency symbol on the left of the screen before reading the T&Cs otherwise you will be reading the wrong ones!

Also, do not use a GBP or EUR account unless that is your country's main currency (shame because the bonus is worth twice as much in GBP), if in doubt email risk management before you deposit to check that you are eligible for the bonus in whichever currency you plan to play with, they respond pretty quickly.

I deposited $50, went busto making lots of big bets in BJ, and got my money back the next day.
