    Default 44 good flop

What do I do here. Villain is 34/9 and folds bb about half the time. I haven't seen him check raise flops much, but I only have 80 hands on him. I face this kind of situation a lot. My numbers are 15/13 and I've only shown down big hands.

Muck, board's pretty dry and you don't really beat anything.

I asked the question because I'm not sure when not to be a nit. At the time I felt like I was being played.

    How about checking the flop?

Betting the flop on a paired board is super standard, with any range.

So the bet on the flop was good, but it would be standard to fold to the reraise?

ya i know, just trying to stir up conversation.

The problem with your line of thinking there Dean is that at a certain level our opponents know that, which means you're going to run into heat a lot on paired boards.

At 50nl i don't give them credit yet for playing back, so I'd fold.

Against some opponents I often check behind on the flop to rep Ax. Lots of people try to bluff the turn which I would check/call.

However, as you played is fine and I would fold. I'll keep a close eye on him though because some people love to c/raise bluff paired boards.
