Fold turn. He ain't bluffing and doesn't have KQ. You can get away with folding flop too I think.

It might seem anti-intuitive at first, but I think you're too far behind his range on the turn. At the very best he has KQ/TT/66, but every other hand in his range is way ahead.

Remember that villain likely thinks AK is your most likely holding, and bets the turn hard anyway. Pretty easy fold.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I might even fold the flop.

Bascially, your flop call is defense against a really cheap steal in this bloated pot. You're really hoping for the turn to go check/check or another weak bet to be thrown out. MP1 so far has been repping the floped straight with his flop flat call and turn value bet setting up his river push.

Fold the flop, why call with A high on such a coordinated board.

I'd fold either on flop or on the turn. I don't like calling with A high on a really coordinated board and his bets look like he's building a pot on the flop and his bet on the turn makes me think he's got the nuts or the near nuts here.
