No FTR Tiger Gaming Rakeback

Hi,

I downloaded Tiger Gaming, via FTR and used the bonus code FTR as instructed on your rakeback pages.

After depositing I contacted Tiger Gaming to confirm that my account was correctly linked.

I received the following reply:

"Thank you for contacting us regarding your query. Please be informed that the information you read on the flopturnriver is not updated. We are not offering any rake back promo as of this time."

I am not very happy about this. If your link is no longer active it should be removed.

Fortunately, whilst playing, I made enough to cover currency conversion fees plus a bit more. However, it’s still basically a wasted couple of hours.

I notice that the link for Tiger Gaming rakeback remains in place.

I have also seen rakeback for this room advertised at other, seemingly reputable, websites.

My hope is that the poker room’s support staff don’t know what they’re talking about and that in fact Tiger Gaming does still offer rakeback.

I would like to know the status of your rakeback program and whether, or not, I’m tracked.

Maybe this is a ridiculous proposition but FTR.... maybe should compensate for some of this guys losses?

Our rep is contacting Kamawoop directly and will take care of it. Not sure exactly what the problem was, but the rakeback program is still on with FTR.

Hi,

I haven't been contacted directly, by anyone from FlopTurnRiver. However I did receive an email from Tiger Gaming stating that I was entitled to rakeback (without specifically confirming that I’m currently earning rakeback).

I will assume that I am.
