    Default Alpha Dog

    So I'm on self restriction from poker today after a bad day yesterday and I'm feeling pretty sick so I sat at home and watched a movie tonite.

    Saw Alpha Dog was on and I had some friends recommend it to me. Anyone seen the movie? I was completely engrossed in it, especially towards the end. Good flick, but probably not the kind you would ever want to see a second time.

    It was fun to watch cuz it was a huge story in Santa Barbara so I knew a lot of the areas.

    Yea, its nuts to know that its a true story. The only thing I don't really agree with is the young kid going to jail for as long as he did. I thought that was kind of unnecessary. I also don't agree with the death penalty for anyone but thats another story completely.

    lol side note.

    i missed the beggining of the movie, and it probably made it waaaaaay better. If you rent this I HIGHLY suggest fastforwarding through the first couple of dumb ass scenes. Its way too gay to watch. Rest of the movies solid trust me.

    yea i missed the beggining but someone just told me that missing it made the movie even better. not sure how accurate that is but whatever.
