Default qq button vs. bb w/ chatter

Just joined table and showed down AQ for a 30bb pot over q9, then raised from sb v. bb and had a split pot, next hand I am button with QQ

woulda made this easier if I 4bet but I had just sat down and had no clue about opponent

As the timer was halfway through and he said to me "fold" which usually to me means villain wants a call but who knows if I am actually beat.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($106.30)
    Hero ($130.35)
    SB ($163.05)
    BB ($202.10)
    UTG ($100)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, Q.
2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, BB raises to $12, Hero calls $8.

    Flop: ($24.50) 4, T, 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $17, BB raises to $54, Hero ??

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

so what do you guys do with AK here? bet/fold always? that's super exploitable on a board this dry when a strong lead is likely to get looked up. I c/r AK a bunch here and they usually fold.

say i had AKs with a backdoor flush draw. I would often c/r small to like 44, folding to a push. If the turn gives me a pair, gutshot, or flush draw, im all in. I would be taking exactly the same line with AA, KK, and TT about 40-50% of the time i had them, except obviously calling a flop push.

Good point. I always put them on AK and get shown a good hand.

i think thats an awesome line, except most ppl (especially 100nl) don't do it.

The chat really got me to fold, but I wondered... I did see him raise flops with air later but the stack size analysis probably hits it.

I did observe players on Sat stacking off with complete air, and vs. those players I had to stack off light... the weekend warriors are hard to put on hands ;p
