Default 50NL, marginal play w/ AQ

Villain has only played 8 hands but has a VPIP of 100% so far. Is this standard? Bet more on turn to set up river shove?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (4 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($35.75)
    SB ($29)
    Hero ($45.45)
    UTG ($59.05)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A.
1 fold, Button calls $0.50, 1 fold, Hero raises to $2.5, Button raises to $4.5, Hero calls $2.

    Flop: ($9.25) 5, T, A (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button checks.

    Turn: ($9.25) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $6, Button calls $6.

    River: ($21.25) 6 (2 players)
    Hero shoves ~$25....?

I always donk the flop like 3/4-psb. Lead the turn and probably stack off. The problem is this limp min 3 bet is either full of shit or a big hand. Really though the only hand that I'd worry about is AA but still I'm staking off here.
