I just recently got into Breaking Benjamin. They're on tour right now with Three Days Grace and Seether.

I amazed at classifications of music these days.

I found this lil explanation of Seether. "...heavy metal mostly associated with the post-grunge era of alternative music..."

And on Breaking Benjamin "...a radio-friendly post-grunge approach that was aggressive and forceful yet melodic"

Where's that pure acid from the 60's when you need it?

I listed my totally schitzophenic list of music a while ago. Screw genres!

I like it all...I'm just in a bit of jetlag discovering new shit. I had just gotten into Rage Against the Machine when they broke up and body parts were reformed into Audioslave. I like it. But then I liked Queensryche too. Here's the schitzo part. I find Justin Timberlake entertaining. I'm also find We The Kings amusing as well. Anyone groovin' on the new Matchbox Twenty CD? I'm always curious what Rob Zombie will come out with next too! Did I mention I wanna do strange things with Evanescence's lead Amy Lee. :P

i think breaking benjamin is kinda ghey. their songs are catchy and sound good, but i am just so sick of hearing rock artists whine about how their bitch left them and they are still in love.

Korn hasn't been mentioned yet either.
You'd probably like Dragonforce too, they do some insane guitar shit.

If you like Sublime (and who doesn't) you should check out Slightly Stoopid. They were originally signed to Skunk Records by Bradley Nowell.

I can't say they are as good as Sublime, but Brad was truly something special.

They play the same reggae/punk style though.

These aren't close to rage or sublime but they are good rock bands/albums...

    Soundgarden/Superunkown
    Operator/Soulcrusher
    Wolfmother/Wolfmother
Tool/Any album, but I really love their latest called "10,000 Days"
    Black Keys/Magic Potion
