Some thoughts:

Hand1: Since V was 56/16, we shoulda given him credit for this raise, at least a range that's likely beating AJ, and folded PF

Hand2: Standard

Hand3: Overplaying AT OOP, both PF and Post-flop. tsk, tsk

Hand4: Good laydown vs potential TAG / Tight Passive.

1. Fold preflop. As played, fold flop. You have a weak ass hand that doesn't compare to what your opponents have if their bets are for real, and I don't really ever find people betting that hard on a bluff.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. Except for that JJ hand. Seems calling even min 3-bets with JJ has gotten me into trouble before when the flop comes 982 and I get beat by QQ+. I guess I just need to respect serious aggression post-flop on those low boards huh?

Except for the JJ hand, these hands were taken from some of my biggest 25NL 3 of a kind losers. Clearly calling raises with mediocre hands (and following through with a hit) is a big leak of mine There was another one I didn't post (a Q9 hand from the BB) I overplayed when trips hit and I lost a lot. Ugh...
