Default 5NL shorthanded hand - feedback?

Was a full ring table, down to 5 people. I had been playing tight, no hands like this so far in the 100 or so hands i've been at this table, esp from SB... The hands i played i played pretty aggressively, i wonder if my limp noodle passive play here was NFG... villian could have been playing with anything... prob saw 70% of the flops, bet with any pair. I'm wondering if i should have folded from hello, or if i was right to look for more hearts... it wasn't a hard fold at the end.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    BB ($2.27)
    UTG ($2.98)
    MP ($4.97)
    Button ($2.54)
    Hero ($4.67)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9, 6.
1 fold, MP calls $0.02, Button calls $0.02, Hero completes, BB checks.

    Flop: ($0.08) 7, 3, 3 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.12, MP folds, Button folds, Hero calls $0.12.

    Turn: ($0.32) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.22, Hero calls $0.22.

    River: ($0.76) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.91 (All-In)

i definitely fold here like 99% of the time, if he has any pair he has u beat and the way he bet incremently till the river, then shoved all in is a huge "i have a three but i wanna make it look like im bluffing so call me."

Good fold and good calls, id probably be willing to felt this board with a flush =D.

Btw i just moved from 2nl>5nl, just helping a fellow microlimiter out =S

Fold on the flop, that's an awful price he gave you to try and hit your obvious flush draw (meaning you likely won't get paid when you do hit).

His line does seem to say that he has a three and is scared of a flush, I usually fold pf, I woulda let it go on flop as well. As played fold river.

Fold PF, Easy fold on the river.

His line screams "PLEASE CALL PLEASE CALL"

Nevermind what he has, you may as well type in the chat box you have flush draw. You will have a better chance of getting paid. Do you really think your getting his stack on the river if it hits? After calling with such horrible implied odds, it's almost imperative that you get paid when you hit, and you won't playing a draw like this.
