Default JJ. How to play. (HH attached)

Well I think I played this poorly. On the turn if he did have something like A6 then I toast, and by pushing I'm only getting called by hands that beat me right? Should I have just led with another 3/4 - pot bet? How do you play this here? Thanks.

nh again. people at this level will call an overbet enough with a FD to justify this. and any river bet would be stupid.

This doesn't really refer to this question with me being in BB, and having to raise big and limit the callers with a hand like JJ. But what's your thoughts on how to play low-mid PPs on the button or in cutoff? If a few limps in front should I just limp behind with say 10s and lower? While still raising with JJ+? Ideas?

Also I'm still working on my ability to implement pot odds into my game and play making the right moves whether I win that hand or not, because poker is long term. Well my flop bet wasn't giving him proper odds to call right? Or was it since he has implied odds if he hits on the turn? Just to make sure, he needs 2:1 to call on the flop, but that's only assuming it's an allin bet because if he misses the turn then he needs 4:1 and I'm betting the turn (like it happened)? I was giving a tad less than 2:1 on the flop bet correct?

    Thanks.
