most important meal of the day
Too many post about weight loss and too few specific things. I, for one do not need lose weight, but do need a healthier diet and lifestyle.
I'm planing to start developing a healthier diet by atleast eating breakfast. I get sick of same stuff every day, so waffles/serial is out of the equation. So in this thread,exchange some breakfast ideas and recepies to atleast get motivated to start eating breakfast. I'll google up some more and post it later.
Oatmeal(they sell those instant ones with diff. flavors)---- I don't normally eat this stuff, but sometimes if you cut up some apple and babanas in there and its actually really good.
Yogurt(with fruits) and a muffin----usually people just eat yogurt, but I have a very high acid level and can't eat it with just fruits, becides, a muffin makes it into more of a "complete breakfast" 
Pizza on a george forman grill---- if you just eat cold pizza- you have to try throwing it on the george forman grill for 2 minutes- it's awesome. They say it's ok to have this junk in the morning because you'll burn it off during the day anyway. Becides, you're gonna eat junk at some point during the day, might as well be breakfast, that way you'll start off with a really good morning too 
Tacos ---- awesome stuff. Same as pizza, will start you off to happy morning.
Some guys in here know how to cook, so help a brother out, share some ideas(recepies actually, since ideas don't do any good for a guy who can't cook )
