Default $100nl - Overcards + NFD on flop in 3-bet pot

No reads on villain except he 3-bet me once earlier and I folded. I have been a bit loose in LP lately.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    CO ($100.25)
    Button ($96.50)
    Hero ($175.60)
    BB ($100)
    UTG ($96.55)
    UTG+1 ($20.40)
    MP1 ($66)
    MP2 ($115)
    MP3 ($116.45)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, Q.
7 folds, Hero raises to $4, BB raises to $14, Hero calls $10.

    Flop: ($28) 8, 4, 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $22.6, Hero ...

Yeah I know it's retarded, but just checking. The spots I've been losing the most money in are stupid shit like this where it's kind of obvious but the villains just wake up with hands that are pretty far ahead so of course I'm like omgwtf.

Spoon. Maybe if you go into detail about why you should push and the reasoning behind it. It will help you reassure yourself that you are making the right decision.
And i will learn something in the process...lol

yea standard move spoon, it also balances this with your AA and KK plus alot of lower PPs greater than 99 can call here thinking you could be drawing.

Given that he's played loose in LP and villain has 3bet before (maybe 3betting light) you put him on a very tight range. Equity plus FE makes this an easy push. And what Da Goat said.
