Your line here is astonishingly weird. I would suggest check/call river as well, and if I was this villain I'd be calling you with a lot of good hands. To speak frankly, this is the kind of baffling play that I see people make a lot with middle pairs (usually worse than QQ), and when they get called & stacked I scratch my head and wonder what the hell they were thinking. The problem is that if a great bluff sells a particular story, your story with this line is "I could have anything! I didn't look at my hole cards! It's fun to make chips go into the pot! Wheeee!" ...which is never a good story to have your money riding on.
On the plus side, his bet sizing doesn't exactly scream strength and he may be floating on you or just v-betting a medium strong hand like KQ, so this may be successful a lot even though it seems very erratic to me.
Personally, when I make a big turn or river bluff, I like for the hand(s) I'm repping to be pretty clear, to eliminate the thick-headed idiot and stubborn mule factors. I don't like to leave it to chance that they'll miss what I'm trying to say I have. With your bet line here, it's not remotely clear what he's supposed to put you on - flush didn't get there, something like AQ missed, and most monsters don't match up to your bets.
