No reads, villain was at table for 10 hands only. Would a
$100 bet look stronger than a push?
Is the fact that villain limped and then call a 3bet somehow a way of guessing he his a station? He could call IP with 88-QQ ...

    3bet more $28-$30 is my default 3bet over a 4BB opener.

With no reads turn sucks, given potsize and his line I doubt we have any FE and vote for c/c

Bet much bigger on the flop, push the turn.

The problem with c/c is what do we do if villain pushes? If we plan to call, then I think it's better to push ourselves.

I think your right, $45 on flop should have been better.
