i just posted two miserable hands cuz I lost almost 90% of my winnings within less than 1 minute and ended up with $2 profit during this funny session. i wish i had the ability to spot AA everytime i had the chance to play big pots preflop.
So i have another serious question for you guys: " Do you really quit or still continue after winning 3 buy-ins during a long session?" Yeah,i quited it immediately after these two hands and felt soo sick.

Actually, I can only play about 10 hours / week (about 3 hours three times per week), so even if I loose/win big initially I don't stop until my 3 hours are up (except if I loose 3 buy-ins with 5 mins ) I know it's not +EV and it's eating my winrate, but it's either this or play less ... so it's play this

Ummmmm what does this even make sense? My flatmate keeps arguing with me that I should quit when I make the average amount I would normally be expected to win in a session. I try to explain to him that this makes NO SENSE AT ALL, because the more hands you play the more money you're expected to win it's as simple as that (provided that you're a winning player of course).

Quitting a session because you're up is dumb. You need to play more hands. You're just as likely to lose $200 in the session you are playing in as in the next session but if you have a positive expectation in the game you should keep playing. Can't really believe I'm posting this it should be self-explanitory.

hand 1: i dont think this is an insta call if a call at all, the only hand that you have slaughtered are AX+ everything else is a coin flip. so give that he can do this with 99+ AJ+

so even though there is a substantial amount of money in the pot already a majority of the time you are getting it in when you are behind and if your not behind than its probably going to chop. so i think you can fold hand1.

hand2: played fine, maybe call flop, call shove/shove turn? give him the opportunity to hanghimself with a worse hand. becaues your both commited you mine aswell let him shove with AK instead of letting him fold it to your raise besides ALLIN on the turn he doesnt have enough to fold it anyways.

H1: You could just call his raise, I know your playing the rest oop but AKs hit the flop really well. In a BvB I don't mind the play, but I would like it more if you had some info that he was a usual raise/fold tag.

H2: Even tho he is a donk, be aware that his pfr only is 10. So his raise is more likely a reflection of that. I like either to stick it in pre or call post.

When I quit it's usually because I in some way got tired. Then we have the standard tilt feeling leave. Sometimes your going to wish you had left earlier, like when you see all the winning go away due to a cooler. But that's poker, lady luck will smack you in the face when she feels like it.

You are right about the winning! Actually, my arguments are more towards the loosing. However, some players might tilt hard (i.e. spew money all over the place) when they will too quickly and thus it's not +EV for them to continue.
