    Default Moneybookers

Do many of you use this site?

I just started a couple weeks ago and put 4k from my poker site into it. Then they asked for my birth certificate and a bill to my address so I scanned and sent both. Then they asked why my current address is different from the one I had on their site. Well, I signed up to them about a year and a half ago and have moved since then. So I told them, they said that's fine, and changed my address on their site to the new one and said everything was now fine.

The next day they email me and ask me to send them picture ID. So I sent them my driver's license which has my old address on it. But I told them about that. All outgoing transactions from my account are still locked and I haven't heard anything from them yet. It's been about a week.

Until the driver's license they responded within 24 hours. I've sent a couple follow-up emails to them over the course of the week asking to know what'd going on. Still not a single response.

    Is this normal with them?

I use moneybookers. Their verification stuff has been a pain. I had to send them a scan of my passport, a scan of a bill that contained my address, and on top of that I needed to verify my address by having them send me a letter with a verification code.

Then they wanted me to write them an explanation describing what kind of activities I'm using them for.

They also charged my credit card a random amount which I had to verify by submitting them the sum they charged from my card.

Contact with support was also slow during the process.

After all this it has been working well and I haven't had any problems.

Yes, the verification stuff is a pain, but after that no problems at all.

I even go as far as recommend them for smaller stakes, if you have to push like more than 7K per month you'll run into account limitations (mine has 20K or so over 3 month period)

Are you using their email system or reply to their emails from your email? They tend not to respond if you just email them.
